Sorry there isn’t much to read at LowCadence.com today.  Rather than pecking away at the keyboard, I decided to do another vlog.  Watch the following video to see the damage done to my equipment and my hand.

Other than an update on the surgery that takes place today at 1 PM, I don’t plan to bring this accident up again.  It’s time to start thinking about going fast again… not falling down!  There a lot of great things coming up in 2009.  I’m ready to go forward.
