I am a speaker specializing in the mortgage/real estate world. I’m not a cyclist but I had heard that the major ground is made up on the uphill. If that is true, I’d like to use it as a metaphor, and if you know of any data I can get, on it I would appreciate it.

There’s nothing like experience which will come in time, and the strongest rider doesn’t always win. Your strong enough, but lack the experience. You’ll get there. I gave Matt some pointers prior to the weekend’s races but failed to brief you on the same. Sorry, I simply overlooked your inexperience in crits. Don’t give up on them. They are an acquired taste, and you’ll do well in them in the future.
