		<description>Its the same for any sport.  Food is a fuel.  Proper Protein, Proper Carb intake is required for optimum performance.  If you eat junk, expect to perform horrible.  Would you put low grade fuel in a sports car?  not regularly service it with premium oil and fluids?  No.  You would regularly maintain it with the highest grade product available.  Well the same goes for you body.  Eat every 2.5 to 3 hours you are awake. Lean Protein source, Complex Carb source.  Drink plenty of water, you will retain less water then.

Your body will recover faster as well.
