I could not have said it better than Aaron just did. Plus, I think you did learn from the first attack zone to the last one, that's a pretty good learning curve in my book. Just remember, we are just trying to teach you and sometimes in the heat of the moment, things can come across in a way in which they were not meant to. Keep your head up, you are making very good progress.

Hey Man,
Just hang in there. You have made some really amazing improvements that you should be really proud of. It is very easy to get frustrated when you have the new found legs and power that you have worked so hard for over the past year. The things to keep in mind are that you are training right and doing everything that you can to become a complete cyclist. You have a great coach that will get you to where you want to be and probably beyond. You also have one the best teams in the southeast to train with, race with, and learn from. You couldn't have a better group of people to learn from. The thing is that they have so much knowledge and experience from the many years of racing and racing successfully at the top levels. The better thing is that they couldn't be better teammates/people in that they are always willing to share their experience with you. All you have to do is take it in. It may not be exactly what you want to hear at the time when you are trying so hard, especially when the adrenalin is flowing, but just mark it up as experience. The thing that you are down on is that you are lacking experience, and the only way to get it is to continue to do exactly what you are doing. It will only come with time so don't get frustrated that you don't have thousands of examples of every situation possible in the back of your mind to draw off of. It will come and when that time comes you will be an even better cyclist. After a few races into the season you will have some of these experiences to draw off of and I am sure that you will be placing high up in the fields and getting an upgrade soon. Keep up the good work and focus on the things that you have done correctly to improve so dramatically. The experience will come.
